Thirty-Five Years of Experience

We have over 35 years of experience in raising Beef; it is our goal to provide a sustainable farming base for our family, and for the families of our customers. We have a pasture based system in place that works for our Jersey Dairy which we raise for milk, and for our Jersey Steers which we raise for Beef. In addition to maintaining our pastures, we also raise oat, sudan and teff for hay.

In a comparative rating of breeds for beef purposes, Jerseys have the #1 rating for tenderness. Our animals are raised with care, using good animal health practices, and without the use of growth hormones. Our animals graze on enriched pastures and spring grasses; we supplement with hay during winter months.
